About SolaBill
Building the future of digital invoicing in the United Arab Emirates.
Our Story
SolaBill was founded with a clear mission: to make eInvoicing compliance simple, transparent, and accessible for every business operating in the UAE. As the Ministry of Finance introduced the DCTCE framework and Peppol standards for digital document exchange, we saw an opportunity to build a platform that removes the complexity from compliance.
SolaBill is being developed as a multi-tenant customer workflow and integration platform. Its regulated UAE functions are intentionally delegated to the eligible appointed ASP and remain subject to due diligence, contracts, testing, and approval.
Today, SolaBill is a beta software platform preparing an integration with an eligible UAE Accredited Service Provider. SolaBill is not independently accredited and does not yet offer regulated production exchange.
Our Mission
To simplify customer invoice workflows while presenting the appointed provider's regulated exchange and reporting outcomes transparently and preserving reliable audit evidence.
Our Vision
To become a trusted UAE invoice integration platform through evidence, clear responsibility boundaries, dependable workflows, and an eligible regulated provider relationship.
Our Values
Compliance First
Every decision we make prioritizes regulatory compliance. We don't cut corners on security, audit trails, or data governance.
Transparency
Clear pricing, real-time status pages, and complete audit visibility. No hidden fees, no black-box processing.
Innovation
We continuously improve our platform with modern APIs, developer tools, and automation capabilities that stay ahead of regulatory requirements.
Customer Focus
Our clients' success is our success. We provide dedicated onboarding, responsive support, and documentation that makes integration easy.
UAE eInvoicing Landscape
The United Arab Emirates is implementing a national eInvoicing framework through the Ministry of Finance's DCTCE (Decentralized Continuous Transaction Controls and Exchange) model. This framework mandates digital document exchange through accredited service providers using the Peppol network.
Under the DCTCE model, businesses exchange invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents through Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) who connect to the Peppol network. This ensures standardized, auditable, and secure document flows across the economy.
SolaBill is preparing the customer-facing workflow and evidence layer for this model. It does not independently provide the accredited network, validation, or government-reporting service.
